Last night I lost my virginity. How does an almost 30 mom of two loose her virginity you ask? It was easy, and I wasn’t even flat on my back.
No, I wasn’t at some sleazy xxx store on the main drag. I was at Ruby Skye, and then the Mighty Haus Party. I got to hang out with the popular girls.
This was a first for me. The only time I’ve been to any type of club/bar was when i was 17. I went to a Chris Ledoux concert and teen night at the Cocky Bull, and that doesn’t really count in my book.
Last night was loud, dark, crowded, hot, and soooooo much fun. I rubbed elbows with Dutch Blitz, Moosh, Whoorl, Rhi in Pink, And So She Blogs, and so many others I can’t remember names. I know they will come to me later, and I’d say I’ll add them to the post then, but we all know I won’t.
I enjoyed hanging out in the crowd watching the Royalty pass by. I even saw Dooce, I was five feet away. I’d post the photo I took of her as proof, but it is horrid, and she doesn’t even know I took it. If you don’t believe me and want proof, send me your email and I’ll send you the photo.
But of course, we abandoned the club, grabbed a Starbucks, and then went back after regaining our sanity.

Oh, I wish I would have dropped everything and joined in the fun. It could have been a SIL week-end and I would have been the un-cool one following you guys around.
This would have been a much better way to spend my 50th birthday.

Lol, I find the blog world hirachy kind of strange, although hat’s off to people who have made a career out of it, plus I’ve “met” lots of lovely people through it and it helps lots of creative people like yourself and SAJ advertise their talent.
However if I ever met you or SAJ in “real” life it would be just as special and as unsual as meeting the Queen of England. Hat’s off to you too.
