I'm glad yours went well and is done. I need one when I was just 28 because I had a filling replaced and it went too deep. The dentist tried to do the root canal, but found out during the process that my canal was too deep. She sealed it up and sent me to a specialist. So, I would always suggest asking about that before you get started. Even with plenty of pain killer, I'll never forget the feeling of them digging into my nerve. root canals…

I too once had a surprise root canal when a dentist accidentally hit a nerve while giving me a small surface filling. Needless to say to was free! I hope you feel better soon! I feel you. I had a 'bad dentist' who botched my root canal by leaving pieces of tools IN MY TOOTH. Years later the 'good dentist' removed it, but it took days and $$$. Feel better. Holy crap.
